SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Sustainable development

We use a lot of natural materials such as wood and plywood while developing maintenance free (MF) product lines where we use PE made from recycled materials.

Almost 60% of our partner company’s aluminium products are made from recycled aluminium from production process residues.

We are currently developing and testing a new environmentally friendly product line where new, eco-friendly panels are used instead of plastic:

  • Panels made of rice husks look like wood. They can be tinted and painted, so the panels will be available in a wide range of colours. The panels are made of rice husks, rock salt and mineral oil. They are extremely environmentally friendly and resistant to all types of weather conditions.
  • Panels made of cross-laminated timber (CLT) are also environmentally friendly. The material is similar to plywood, consisting of an odd number of wood layers where the direction of fibres in the adjacent layers is perpendicular to each other. Thanks to this, the properties of the wood layers are uniform inside the flat surface. CLT panels can be painted in different shades.

Maintenance free series

Tiptiptap’s MF series is focused on bringing the impact on the environment to a minimum. As the products do not require maintenance, they do not need to be replaced for many years.
